MWE Fastigheter was founded in 2011 by Michael Gustavsson with a vision to create properties where people and companies can thrive and grow. From a modest start as a small family business, we have today developed into a well-established team of a total of 10 people who today handle everything from land exploitation and new construction to renovations and maintenance. Over the years, we have developed our own properties for both sale and rental, and we take on everything from small projects to major works that extend from start to finish. Regardless of the size of the project, we offer complete solutions - from idea and planning to finished property - always with a focus on quality and accuracy in every step. The company is led by Michael Gustavsson together with his sons Nils-Erik and Per-Erik Gustavsson, with a committed team of experienced employees we strive to exceed expectations and create value for our customers through sustainable and functional properties.
